The Village of Montpelier met in Regular session on December 15, 2025, at 7:00 PM

Aldermen: Mike Ard, Brad Davis, and Kevin Washington

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Giardina.
A motion to amend the agenda to include approval of the pcGlobal invoice to install the new data backup system
was made by Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All yeas.
A motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report was made by Kevin Washington seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to pay bills was made by Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All yeas.
A motion to accept the Audit Review prepared by Chris Johnson with Herbert and Johnson Associates was
made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to start using Quick-PD for recorded keeping and online payment for police citations was table to next
month’s meeting.
A motion to hire Ken Hodges with Ken’s Electrical to make 10 new Christmas ornaments for light poles within
the Village limit was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to approve Traffic Citation Reduction Policy as per Attorney Clifton Speed was made by Brad Davis
seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to approve the pcGlobal invoice to install the new data backup system was Brad Davis seconded by
Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to adjourn was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
