The Village of Montpelier met in Regular session on January 12, at 7:00 PM

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Giardina.
A motion to amend the agenda to include a motion to request for LGAP Grant and CWEF Grant was made by
Kevin Washington seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to accept the minutes was made by Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All yeas.
A motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mie Ard. All yeas.
A motion to pay bills was made by Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All yeas.
A motion to start using Quick PD for police citations and record keeping was made by Mike Ard seconded by
Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to purchase fluorescent t-shirts/vest for gas and water utility workers for identity purposes was made
by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to renew occupational licenses for Bear Creek Western Store, Bizzie Bee #2, Dollar General, Dickie
Boys BBQ and Synergy Pre-Owned Vehicles made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to request for LGAP Grant in the amount of $25,000.00 to replace gas lines on Joe Johnson Road was
made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to request for CWEF Grant in the amount of $25,000.00 to replace line on Shiloh Baptist Road and
Quinn Road was Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All yeas.
Motion to renew liquor license for Bizzie Bee #2 was made by Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All
yeas.
A motion to adjourn was made by Mike Ard seconded by Kevin Washington. All yeas.
