CALL TO ORDER.
Roll call was read by Town Clerk, Julie Peterson.
Present was Larry Cardaronella, Gaye Guzzardo, Eric Costa, and Mike Muscarello.
Absent was Joe Galofaro. Quorum was present.
Prayer was led by Larry Cardaronella.
Pledge was led by Gaye Guzzardo.

OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
a. Resolution #2026-1134 authorizing the Town of Independence to apply
for and administer grants through the Local Government Assistance Program (LGAP)
and the Community Water Enrichment Fund (CWEF) was read aloud by Town Clerk
Julie Peterson. The town is applying for LGAP grant funding of up to $35,000.00 for
water and or sewer line repairs/replacement in town. The town has also applied for
CWEF grant funding for up to $35,000.00 for water line repairs/replacement in town. A
motion was made by Eric Costa, seconded by Larry Cardaronella to approve Resolution
#2026-1134. Voting was as follows:
YEAS: Mike Muscarello, Eric Costa, Gaye Guzzardo, Larry Cardaronella
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Joe Galofaro
ABSTAINED: None
