THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the
buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges,
servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, situated in Section 56, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows,
to-wit:


A parcel of ground measuring 71.6 feet wide by 150 feet deep, fronting on the
Springfield Highway (La. 22) and being the East 71.6 feet of the following
described property:
A lot of ground in Section 56, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, described
as beginning at a point which is 197 feet North 89 deg. West from the Southeast
corner of Lot 2, thence North 89 deg. West along the Ponchatoula-Springfield
Public Road 166 feet, thence North 175 feet, thence South 89 deg. East 166 feet,
thence South 175 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less and Except therefrom that
portion sold for use as a highway right-of-way, as described and contained in that
certain Act, recorded at COB 353, Page 255, of the official records of Tangipahoa
Parish, Louisiana.
FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: Improvements thereon bear
Municipal Address No. 14017 Highway 22, Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
and
A Lot of ground in Lot 2 of a subdivision in Section 56, Township 7S, Range 7E,
in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, which Lot hereby conveyed is described as:
Commencing at a point 122 feet North, 89 degrees West from the Southeast corner
of said Lot 2 and measured thence North 175 feet; thence North 89 degrees West
75 feet; thence South 175 feet to the North margin of the Ponchatoula-Springfield
highway; thence along the North margin of said highway South 89 degrees East 75
feet to the point of beginning. The survey and map of said Lot 2 and other property
being recorded in COB 193, Page 186, of the records of this parish, and the property
hereby conveyed having been surveyed by C.M. Moore, C.E. on June 17, 1960.
LESS AND EXCEPT 2100 square feet for highway as per conveyance book 353,
Page 252.
Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and
creditors of the decedents herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any
opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to
the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating
such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration
of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in
