A special public meeting was held at the Village of Tangipahoa City Hall, 12616 Jackson Street,
Tangipahoa, LA 70465, on March 13, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Mayor Virginia Gray called the meeting to order, and the Municipal Clerk Allicie Briggs established a quorum. Alderman Willis Smith and Mayor Pro Tem Bean are present.
Upon motion by Mayor Pro Tem Bean and second by Alderman Smith, the motion to grant O.M. Parkash a 2026 Occupational License is based solely upon the owner paying the past due utility bill by March 16, 2026. The owner will repair a water leak on the south side of the property. The owner is to notify the clerk when the repairs are
completed.
Upon motion by Alderman Smith and second by Mayor Pro Tem, the meeting is
adjourned at 1:30 pm.
