NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE APPLICATION FOR TUTORSHIP

A petition to appoint tutrix and undertutor of Alaysia Lynette Burrell will be filed in the 21st Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Tangipahoa by LaKisha S. Patrick and/or Calvin A. Burrell. Under Louisiana law, any interested person has ten (10) calendar days to file a written opposition to the petition, stating the grounds for the opposition. This 10-day period begins on the date of mailing of the notice as provided in La. C.C.P. Art. 4065, or on the date of the final newspaper publication, whichever period is longer. If the clerk of court does not receive a written opposition within the legal delay, the Court may grant the petition as requested.
