NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Mayor and City Council of the Town of Amite City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the regular meeting place, 212 East Oak Street, Amite, La for public input on the following ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 07-2026 - TOWN OF AMITE CITY PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET – FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2026 - JUNE 30, 2027

The proposed operating budget can be viewed in its entirety from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the City Clerk’s office at Amite City Hall, 212 E. Oak Street, Amite, Louisiana or on the town website at www.townofamitecity.com.
