The Village of Tangipahoa
The Village of Tangipahoa Mayor and the Board of Aldermen held a meeting on May
14, 2026, at 4:00 pm, in the meeting room at 12616 Jackson Street. Mayor Gray called
the meeting to order. Municipal Clerk Allicie Briggs established a quorum. Alderman
Smith and Alderwoman Bean are present; Alderman Rodriguez is absent. Satgur LLC
is requesting an occupational license for the location formally known as “T.G. Mart”
after much discussion the board would like to grant Satgur LLC a 30-day conditional
business license based on the water repairs on the property. Upon motion by Alder-
man Smith and second by Alderwoman Bean the motion is carried. Upon motion by
Alderwoman Bean and second by Alderman Smith the motion is carried to adjourn.
The meeting is adjourned at 4:16 pm.
