PURSUANT TO LA. R.S. 42:19.1 NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ACTION REGARDING AD VALOREM TAXES AND SALES AND USE TAX

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tangipahoa Parish Fire Protection District No. 1 (the “District”) will
meet on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at 210 N.E. Central Avenue, Amite, Louisiana, at which time there
will be consideration of action regarding calling an election to approve the levy and collection of existing taxes
within the newly incorporated area of the District (Town of Roseland).
