Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:

All that certain piece or parcel of land, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, means and privileges, servitudes, prescriptions, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto and more fully described as follows, to-wit:

Tract 1:

A certain piece or parcel of land, consisting of 0.998 acres, more or less, with all improvements and appurtenances situated thereon and being a portion of the resubdivision of Lot 23 of Robinwood Subdivision in Section 40, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, and Section 45, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 23 proceed thence south 61 degrees 38 minutes west 314.10 feet to a point, said point being located on the east bank of the Yellow Water Creek; thence north 24 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west 154.10 feet to a point; thence north 66 degrees 07 minutes east 298.49 feet to a point; said point being located on the west right of way of Robinwood Drive; thence along said right of way south 30 degrees 51 minutes east 130.50 feet to the point of beginning, all as per survey of Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 18, 1987, said property being subject to that certain servitude for the location of a water well comprising 0.15 acres located in the southeast corner of said parcel and as shown on the map of Gilbert Sullivan. Said Lot 23 of Robinwood Subdivision being more fully set forth in the official plat of said subdivision as registered in COB 509, page 628, and as per the resubdivision as shown in COB 619, page 117 of the public records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

Tract 2:

A certain piece or parcel of land located in Robinwood Subdivision, a subdivision in Section 40, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, and Section 45, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and being a portion of the original Lot 23 and being more particularly described as commencing at a point 314.10 feet south 61 degrees 38 minutes west of the southeast corner of Lot 23, said point being the point of beginning; proceed thence north 24 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west 154.10 feet to a point; thence south 66 degrees 07 minutes west 56.79 feet to a point, said point being located on the east bank of Yellow Water Creek; thence along the east bank of Yellow Water Creek north 44 degrees 30 minutes west 161.64 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.10 acres as per the survey of Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 18, 1987, and being that portion of Lot 23 lying behind the south resubdivision lots of Lot 23 and Yellow Water Creek.

A certain piece or parcel of land, together with all the buildings and improvements situated thereon, located in Section 45, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana; being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point 1374.3 feet west, 359.9 feet north, 278.0 feet west, 301.25 feet south 10 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 32.0 feet south, 540.04 feet west, and 35.84 feet north 10 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west of the northeast corner of Section 49, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, for a point of beginning; thence proceed north 81 degrees 45 minutes 16 seconds west 97.44 feet; thence south 80 degrees 14 minutes 44 seconds west 44.46 feet; thence north 53 degrees 06 minutes 38 seconds west 253.74 feet; thence north 61 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds east 314.1 feet; thence south 10 degrees east 301.76 feet back to the point of beginning, all as more fully shown on a survey by Robert G. Barrilleaux & Associates, Inc., dated July 3, 1991. Being further described as Lot 1 of Robinwood Subdivision as shown on the official plat of said subdivision on file in the office of the clerk of court for Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
