Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
2017 Clayton manufactured home, bearing serial number CS2021174TN
And
A certain piece or parcel of land situated in Section 43, Township 6 South, Range 8 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the parent tract, said corner reported to be 1195.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Section 43 and 25 feet South of the line between Township 5 South and Township 6 South, being marked by a square iron bar found on the apparent South right of way line of Chappapeela Road; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes 58 seconds West along said South right of way line of Chappapeela Road and Robert Perkins Road a distance of 354.91 feet to a 1/2” iron rod set and the point of beginning; thence South 06 degrees 01 minutes 02 seconds West 421.50 feet to a 1/2” iron rod set; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes 58 seconds West 104.00 feet to a 1/2” iron rod set on the apparent Easterly right of way line of Dog Gone Road; thence North 06 degrees 01 minutes 02 seconds East along said right of way line 421.50 feet to a 1/2” iron rod set on the South right of way line of Robert Perkins Road; thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes 58 seconds East along said right of way line 104.00 feet back to the point of beginning.
