A Certain Piece or Parcel of Land Located in Section 4, T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, containing one acre more or less being more particularly described as follows: Being Lot 5 of a resubdivision of Lot 1 fronting 96.05 feet on blacktop road with a depth of 453.52 feet between parallel lines. All as per survey of Ansil Bickford, dated October 10, 1977 and recorded in the official records of the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
