Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

A certain tract or parcel of land situated in Section 30, T6S, R8E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and being a portion of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 16 of Block 1, and all of Lot 15 of Block 1 of Cypress Cove Subdivision according to the official plat and survey by Bodin & Webb, Inc., dated July 23, 1979, recorded in the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana at COB 480, page 120 and amended at COB 481, page 451, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a point 660.00 feet south 89 deg. 50 min. west 44.0 feet south, 2,251.52 feet south 62 deg. 41 min. 16 sec. east, and 520.92 feet south 00 deg. 14 min. 34 sec. west of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 30, T6S, R8E; thence south 00 deg. 08 min. 20 sec. east 184.89 feet; thence south 89 deg. 38 min. 00 sec. west 462.06 feet to the east right-of-way line of Simpson Place; thence along said right-of-way line north 00 deg. 06 min. 55 sec. west 130.00 feet; thence north 89 deg. 30 min. 00 sec. east 15.00 feet; thence north 03 deg. 53 min. 20 sec. west 55.00 feet; thence north 89 deg. 38 min. 03 sec. east 450.61 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.9445 acres, all as per survey by WR Engineering, Inc., dated October 6, 1982, recorded in the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana at COB 555, page 769, and more particularly as per survey by Gilbert, Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 10, 1986, and corrected July 7, 2007, recorded in COB 1117, page 125, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SIXTY TWO DOLLARS AND 25/100 ($133,262.25)
