Thence from P.O.B. go N 00º 05’ W 208.71 ft thence East 208.71 ft; thence S 00º 05’ E 208.71 ft; thence West 208.71 ft to P.O.B. all as per survey of Ansil M. Bickford, Reg. Land Survey, dated 3-4-87.
WRIT AMOUNT: EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX DOLLARS AND 84/100 ($86,476.84)
