Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights thereunto belonging, situated in Section 15, Township 5 South, Range 7 East, in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, being described as the Northern One-Half ½ of Lot 4, said Lot 4 being more particularly described on survey by W.A. Tycer dated June 30, 1961, and said Northern One-Half ½ of said Lot 4 being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 18.65 chains East and 1622.94 feet South 14 deg. 30 min. East of the Northwest Corner of said Section 15, proceed thence North 75 deg. 34 min. 30 sec. East 683.82 feet to a point with in the right-of-way line of a public road; thence along said road South 14 deg. 30 min. 00 sec. East 238.24 feet; thence South 75 deg. 34 min. 30 deg. West 683.82 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of the I.C.G. Railroad; thence, along said right-of-way line North 14 deg. 30 min. 00 sec. West 238.24 feet back to the Point of Beginning, said parcel containing 3.740 acres, as per plat of survey by Roy C. Edwards, Professional Land Surveyor, dated May 12, 1993 and revised August 31, 1995, a copy of which is annexed to an Act which is recorded at COB 762, Page 142, Instrument No. 446862 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and out-standing mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY NINE DOLLARS AND 72/100 ($276,839.72)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
