See one (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in the subdivision known as Villages of Bocage, and being designated on the official plan of said subdivision , on file and of record in the office of Clerk and Recorder of said Parish and State , as lot number twenty-five (25), said Subdivision, said lot having such size, shape and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as are shown on said map, which is attached to this mortgage and made a part of this Mortgage as if fully set forth herein.
Together with all the present and future buildings , construction, components, parts, improvements, attachments, appurtenances , fixtures, rights, ways, privileges advantages, batture, and batture rights, servitudes and easements of every type and description, now and/ or in the future relating to the Property, and any all items and fixtures attached to and/or forming integral or component parts of the Property in accordance with the Louisiana Civil Code.
