A certain piece or parcel of ground located in Section 31, T6S, R8E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as being Lot 5 – A of Sal Mar Deb Subdivision all as per survey of WR Engineering, Inc., dated February 28, 1978, revised March 9, 1979; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY TWO DOLLARS AND 31/100 ($174,832.31)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
