Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

2001 Peach State (PECH) mobile home bearing serial numbers PSH2GA2522A and PSH2GA2522B, immobilized onto and including the following described property:

That certain piece or parcel of land located in the Gullett Gin Company Addition to the Town of Amite City, Louisiana comprising of a portion of Lots 17, 19 and 21 of said Gullett Gin Company Addition to the Town of Amite City as recorded in the records of Tangipahoa Parish on May 22, 1908 and as per survey of John M. Bankston, Reg. No. 351, being modified and more particularly described as follows to-wit:

Start at a point being the Southwest corner of Lot #21 of said Gullet Gin Company Addition and proceed East on the established South boundary line of said Lot #21 to a point one hundred feet (100’) West of the Southeast corner of said Lot #21 for Point of Beginning; thence East a distance of 100 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #21; thence North a distance of 168 feet along the Eastern boundary lines of said Lots 21, 19 and 17 of said Gullet Gin Company Addition to the Northeast corner of said Lot 17; thence West along the Northern boundary of said Lot #17 a distance of 90 to a point establishing the Northwest corner of subject property; thence South a distance of 118 feet to a point on the common and shared boundary lines of said Lots 19 and 21 with said point being established 90 feet West of Eastern boundary of said Lots 19 and 21; thence in a southwesterly direction along existing fence line to the POB which is 100 feet from the Southeast boundary of Lot 21. Subject property contains 100 feet frontage along Gullett Street, Town of Amite City, Greensburg Land District, Louisiana.

WRIT AMOUNT: THIRTEEN THOUSAND, FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND 56/100 ($13,058.56)

TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
