together with all improvements thereon.
Less and except: The West 264 feet

(SW 1/4) of the Southeast one-quarter
(SE 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), T6S,
R6E, comprising an area of four (4)
acres, more or less, together with all
improvements thereon.

parcel of land situated in the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the

R6E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana,

the Southeast corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of

T6S, R6E; thence proceed North 00

East 125.00 feet; thence South 00
