the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes,

appurtenances and advantages

thereunto belonging or in anywise

appertaining, situated in the Parish

of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in

Section 30, Township 6 South, Range 8

East, in that subdivision thereof known

as FORBES FARM, PHASE II, and

being shown LOT 161 on the official plat

thereof prepared by John E. Bonneau

& Associates, Inc. Professional Land

Surveyors, dated November 4, 2004, and

filed of record in the office of the Clerk of

Court for said Parish and State at COB

1008, PAGE 513; said lot having such

dimensions and being subject to such

servitudes and restrictions as shown on

plat.; subject to restrictions, servitudes,

rights-of-way and outstanding mineral

rights of record affecting the property.

WRIT AMOUNT: THREE HUNDRED

FIFTY SIX THOUSAND, TWO

HUNDRED NINETY NINE DOLLARS

AND 27/100 ($356,299.27)

TERMS: CASH in the form of currency,

certified funds or letter of credit, subject

to any security interest, mortgage lien, or

privilege thereon superior to that of the

seizing creditor, to the last and highest

bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement

and according to law.
