together with all the buildings and
improvements thereon, and all the
rights, ways, privileges, servitudes,
appurtenances and advantages
thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, situated in the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, located
in Section 24, Township 5 South, Range
6 East, containing 1.00 acres more of
less and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point south 740.71
feet from the Northeast Corner of the
South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
24, Township 5 South, Range 6 East,
Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, said point
of beginning, proceed thence south
473.09 feet to a point, said point being
located on the north right of way of old
gates road, thence along said right of
way North 53 degrees 08’ 28” West 125
feet to a point; thence North 398.11 feet
to a point; thence East 100 feet to the
point of beginning, all as per survey
of Ansil M. Bickford, Registered Land
Surveyor, dated September 3, 1982.
WRIT AMOUNT: EIGHTY-TWO
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-
SIX DOLLARS AND 63/100 ($82,436.63)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency,
certified funds or letter of credit, subject
to any security interest, mortgage lien,
or privilege thereon superior to that
of the seizing creditor, to the last and
highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of
appraisement and according to law.
