Between the hours prescribed by law,
beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the
following mentioned and described
property situated in the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain piece or parcel of land situated
in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being
more particularly described as follows,
to-wit:
Lot 6 and the East Half of the Lot 4 of
Square 8, of the J.S. Adams Addition
to the Town of Hammond, Louisiana,
said lots comprising the East Half of
the Northwest Quarter of the Square,
having a frontage of 75 feet on Charles
Street and extending back at right 150
feet between parallel lines, together
with all buildings and improvements
thereon; this being the same property
acquired by Mrs. Maude H. Addison as
per deed recorded at in COB 72, Page
576 of the Official conveyance records
of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and by
vendors herein at COB 731, Page 769.
WRIT AMOUNT: NINETY THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE
DOLLARS AND TWENTY CENTS
($90,233.20)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to that
of the seizing creditor, to the last and
highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of
appraisement and according to law.
