first Judicial District Court of Louisiana
in and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, in
the above entitled and numbered suit
I have seized and will proceed to sell
at public auction, for cash, to the last
and highest bidder and according to
law, sale to take place via an online

Between the hours prescribed by law,
beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the
following mentioned and described
property situated in the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land, together
with all the buildings and improvements
thereon, and all of the rights, ways,
privileges, servitudes, appurtenances
and advantages thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, situated
in Section 40, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa
Parish, Louisiana, containing 2 acres
more or less and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point South 5.340.02’
and East 4.792.46’ from the Northwest
corner of Section 40, T7S, R7E (also
described as 227.56’ N12’ 46E of the
intersection of the North Right of Way
of Wadesboro Road and the West right
of way Jones Road. Said point being
the Point of Beginning: proceed thence
N12’ 58’ E 210.00 along a gravel road
to a point; thence N77’ 7W 440.20’ to a
point; thence S3’W 178.02’ to a point:
S4’W 29.4’ to a point, thence S76’33E
405.08’ to the point of beginning. All
as per survey of Ansil Bickford, RLS,
dated September 9, 1975 and recorded
as COB 6411-148 #221886. Said
tract having such measurements and
dimensions and being subject to such
servitudes and restrictions as are more
particularly shown on said map. Subject
to the Boundary Agreement by and
between Arthur Francis Sulwold, Mildred
Polasky, Eames Sullwold, William F.
Arnold and Ethel Landry Arnold, dated
8/12/86 and recorded as COB 634-2223
#362661, map attached. Subject to the
Servitude for drainage line to Steven
M. Carroll, dated August 23, 2013 and
recorded as COB 1325-510 #906749.

TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
