Lot 16 of Shadow Creek East Subdivision, all as per official plats recorded at COB 477, page 587 and amended at COB 483, page 53 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish. Subject to those residential restrictions recorded at COB 477, page 907 and amended at COB 480, page 492 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish.
WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS ($204,444.90)
