COMMENCING AT A POINT WHICH IS COMMON AND REPRESENTATIVE AS BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 18 AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 19, T6S, R9E, FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM THE SAID POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE TURNING AND RUNNING ALONG AND ON THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 19, IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION, A DISTANCE OF 295.16 FEET AND CORNER; THENCE TURNING AND RUNNING IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 295.16 FEET AND CORNER; THENCE TURNING AND RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 295.16 FEET AND CORNER ON THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 19; THENCE TURNING AND RUNNING ALONG AND ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 19, IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 295.16 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

WRIT AMOUNT: THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FOURTY AND 36/100 ($304,240.36)
