Being the same property acquired by Curtis Thomas and Jacqueline Thomas by virtue of the Cash Deed dated June 29, 2001 and recorded at CN 586982 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Being further acquired by Curtis Thomas and Jacqueline Thomas by virtue of the Quitclaim Deed dated October 23, 2009 and recorded at CIN 819435 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Being further acquired by Bank of America, NA by virtue of that Sheriff’s Act of Sale dated November 12, 2018 and recorded at CIN 1017936 in the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
WRIT AMOUNT: SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS AND 83/100 ($63,280.83)
