A certain piece or portion of property located in Section 33,Township 3 South, Range 8 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana and described more particularly as: Lot UD-3B on survey titled “Plat of Survey and Division of Tract UD3 of The Udder’s Desire Dairy, LLC Mini Partition Located in Section 33, T3S-R8E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana (The Robert Miller Mini Partition)” by Roy Edwards Land Surveying, Inc., dated March 2, 2006, and filed of record at COB l049, Page 189, official records, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Property containing 2.168 acres as per survey.

Together with any and all present and future buildings, constructions, component parts, improvements, attachments, appurtenances, fixtures, rights, ways, privileges, advantages, batture, and batture rights, servitudes and easements of every type and description, now and/or in the future relating to the Property, and any and all items and fixtures attached to and/or forming integral or component parts of the Property in accordance with the Louisiana Civil Code.

The Property or its address is commonly known as 61195 Wayne Stevens Rd., Amite, LA 70422.
