Beginning at a point which is 1469.00 feet South and 227.00 feet South 03 degrees 03’ East of the Quarter corner between Sections 9 and 16; proceed thence North 76 degrees 12’ 55” East 332.93; thence South 07 degrees 29’ 21” East 433.03 feet; thence South 76 degrees 46’ West 363.93 feet; thence North 03 degrees 30’ West 433.90 feet, back to the point of beginning, containing 3.427 acres, all as per survey of Bickford & Associates, dated September 23, 1980; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
