Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
Tract A: One certain lot of ground, being Lot 30 of the A. Kluchin Estate Subdivision of the Town of Independence, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, as per survey of William J. Bodin, Jr. RLS, dated January 27, 1993, measuring 50 feet front of LA Highway 40 (408) (Tangipahoa River Road), more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 30, thence run south approximately 165 feet (called 179’); thence north 76 deg. East approximately 172.6 feet to highway; thence west along said highway 50 feet to point of beginning. Tract B: The west 25 feet of Lot 29 of the A. Kluchin Estate Subdivision of the Town of Independence, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, as per survey of William J. Bodin, Jr., RLS dated January 27, 1993 fronting LA highway 401 (408) (Tangipahoa River Road) and more particularly described as follows to-wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 30, thence run south 172.6 feet; thence north 76 deg. East 25.75 feet; thence north approximately 151 feet (called 160 feet) to highway; thence west along said highway 25 feet to point of beginning.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND NO/00 ($127,272.00)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
