A certain parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision thereof known as Sunny Acres, and designated on the official plan thereof, on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder of the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, as lot number(s) ten (10), block four (4), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as are more particularly described on said subdivision map.

WRIT AMOUNT: FIFTY ONE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS AND 26/100 ($51,396.26)
