All as more fully shown on the Final Plat of Subdivision for Pine Island, Phase One, prepared by Randall W. Brown & Associates, Inc., Survey No. 061270, dated November 15, 2007, last revised February 15, 2008, filed on February 21, 2008 at COB 1132, folio 462 of the Conveyance Records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETEEN AND 35/100 ($182,419.35)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
