A certain piece or parcel of land, situated in Section 51, Township 3 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being 1.341 acres, more or less, being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point which is 3303.30 feet West and 322.98 feet South 89 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds East and 166.54 feet South 89 degrees 34 minutes 15 seconds East of the Southeast corner of Section 51, Township 3 South, Range 7 East, thence North 6 degrees 14 minutes 14 seconds West 171.80 feet; thence South 88 degrees 43 minutes 24 seconds East 316.98 feet; thence South 28 degrees East 188.74 feet; thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes 15 seconds West 382.81 feet to the Point of Beginning, all as per Survey and Map of David D. Lanier, PLS, dated January 10, 2006, and reference number 3144 filed in COB 1042, page 610 official records of Tangipahoa Parish

A certain tract or parcel of land, situated in Section 51, Township 3 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a point which is 3303.30 feet West and 322.98 feet South 89 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds East of the Southeast corner of Section 51, Township 3 South, Range 7 East; thence North 171.20 feet; thence South 88 degrees 43 minutes 24 seconds East 147.58 feet; thence South 6 degrees 14 minutes 14 seconds East 170.91 feet; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds West 166.02 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.612 acre, more or less, all as per Survey of Robert G. Barrilleaux & Associates, Inc., dated February 6, 1991, revised July 24, 1991 and attached to that Act filed at COB 802, page 513 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND 54/100 ($180,457.54)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
