A certain piece or parcel of land situated in Section 18, T6S, R9E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being Lot 48, of Pecan Grove Subdivision, and being more fully described as beginning at a point 1339.29 feet south 89 deg. 55 min. 53 sec. west 1319.43 feet south 00 deg. 08 min. 20 sec. east and 750.00 feet south 89 deg. 50 min. 06 sec. west of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 18, T6S, R9E; thence south 00 deg. 08 min. 20 sec. east 515.43 feet to the north right-of-way line of Pecan Grove Drive; thence along said right-of-way line, north 44 deg. 33 min. 32 sec. west 265.75 feet; thence north 00 deg. 08 min. 20 sec. west 325.54 feet; thence north 89 deg. 50 min. 06 sec. east 186.00 feet to point of beginning contains 1.7955 acres all in accordance with survey by Wallace Adams, Registered Land Surveyor dated June 25, 1986.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND 54/100 ($180,457.54)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
