Beginning 330 feet North 89 degrees 45 minutes West and 330 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; then South 150 feet, thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes East 254 feet, thence North 150 feet, thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes West 254 feet to Point of Beginning, containing .87 acres; being a part of the 2.5 acres acquired by Henry Hookfin, said lot being designated as Tract B on that survey by Alphonse L. Fabre, Jr., dated June 3, 1994 on file and of record at COB 783, Folio 750 in the office of the Clerk of Records in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
IT IS DECLARED by the MORTGAGOR and the MORTGAGEE that one (1) 1995 Redman Mobile Home bearing Serial Number Number 14716387 Hud Label Numbers PFS343463 AND PFS343464 shall remain permanently attached to said property in accordance with L.R.S. 9:1149:4 and shall henceforth be a part of and an improvement-to the aforesaid real property.
