first Judicial District Court of Louisiana

in and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, in

the above entitled and numbered suit

I have seized and will proceed to sell

at public auction, for cash, to the last

and highest bidder and according to

law, sale to take place via an online

auction hosted at www.bid4assets.com/

Between the hours prescribed by law,

beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the

following mentioned and described

property situated in the Parish of

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

A certain tract or parcel of land with all

improvements located thereon, located

in Section 11, T7S, R8E, Parish of

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and

being more particularly described as

Lot 9 of a subdivision of a portion of the

SW 4 of Section 11, T7S, R8E, said lot

commencing at a point 1328 feet South

89 degrees 40 minutes East and 530.6

feet North of the SW corner of Section

11, T7S, R8E, said point being the POB;

thence proceed North 89 degrees 40

minutes West 350.3 feet to a point;

thence proceed South 125 feet to a point,

thence proceed South 89 degrees 40

minutes East 350.3 feet to a point, said

point being located within the right of way

of a public road; thence proceed within

said right of way North 125 feet back to

the POB. All in accordance with a plan

of survey rendered by Bodin and Webb,

Inc., consulting engineers and land

surveyors, dated April 27, 1992. Property

subject to an apparent 17 feet right of

way located along the Eastern boundary

of the above property all as per survey

of Bodin and Webb, Inc. dated April 27,

1992. Property subject to residential

restrictions dated April 25, 1979 and duly

recorded at COB 473, Page 708 of the

official records of Tangipahoa Parish;

subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-

of-way and outstanding mineral rights of

record affecting the property.

WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED

TEN THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED

SEVENTY THREE DOLLARS AND

FIFTY SEVEN CENTS ($210,173.57)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to that

of the seizing creditor, to the last and

highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of

appraisement and according to law.
