I have seized and will proceed to sell

at public auction, for cash, to the last

and highest bidder and according to

law, sale to take place via an online

Between the hours prescribed by law,

beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the

following mentioned and described

property situated in the Parish of

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

A certain piece or parcel of ground

situated in Section 17, T7S, R8E, Town

of Ponchatoula, Parish of Tangipahoa

and State of Louisiana, being designated

as Lot Five (5) and the South 5 feet of

Lot Six (S 5 feet of Lot 6), Cockerham

Addition to the Town of Ponchatoula, and

more particularly described as follows,

to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast

corner of Lot 5, Cockerham Addition

to the Town of Ponchatoula; proceed

thence West 125 feet to a point; thence

North 00 deg. 33’14” West, 45 feet to a

point; proceed thence East, 125 feet to

the apparent West right-of-way line of

Bernice Street; thence along said right-

of-way line South 00 deg. 13’14” East, 45

feet to the point of beginning, all as per

survey of Wallace L. Adams, Registered

Land Survey, dated January 30, 1992.

WRIT AMOUNT: SIXTY-SEVEN

THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-

NINE AND 76/100 ($67,999.76)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to that

of the seizing creditor, to the last and

highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of

appraisement and according to law.
