A certain tract or parcel of land beginning at a point 1131.07 South from the Northwest corner of Lot 4 fractional Section 4, T3S, R9 F; thence from said POB go N 65 deg. 36 min. 09 sec. East, 1454.71 feet to a gravel road and corner; thence S 01 deg. 02 min. 44 sec, West, 594.85 feet, thence S 44 deg. 25 min. 49 sec. East, 118.65 feet and corner; thence S 89 deg. 30 min. 00 sec. West 1397.07 feet and corner; thence N, 90.78 feet to POB containing 11.71 acres. As per survey of Robert G. Barrilleaux & Associates, Inc., dated March 2, 1989, attached to and made a part of an act at COB 679, page 170.
