I have seized and will proceed to sell

at public auction, for cash, to the last

and highest bidder and according to

law, sale to take place via an online

Between the hours prescribed by law,

beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the

following mentioned and described

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

A certain tract or parcel of land in

section 32, T6S,R9E, Tangipahoa

Parish, Louisiana, being a portion of lot

three of a subdivision of said section

32 T6S,R9E, more fully described as

beginning at a point which is West 248

feet from the Southeast corner of lot

three, proceed thence West 248 feet;

thence North 175.6 feet along the center

of a blacktop road; thence east 248 feet;

thence South 175.6 feet to the point of

beginning, according to map and survey

by Gilbert Suvillan, Reg. Surveyor, dated

July 30,1977.

And

A certain tract or parcel of land in lot

three of a subdivision of section 32, T6S

R9E, Tangipahoa parish, Louisiana,

more fully described as beginning at

a point which is the Southeast corner

of lot three; proceed thence West 248

feet; thence North 175.6 feet along the

Easterly boundary of a certain one acre

tract purchased by this vendee from

this vendor by cash deed of ever date

herewith; proceed thence East 248 feet;

thence South 175.6 feet to the point of

beginning; being the Easterly- most one

acre of a map and survey by Gilbert

Sullivan dated July 30,1977; subject to

restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way

and outstanding mineral rights of record

affecting the property..

WRIT AMOUNT: FORTY-NINE

THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-

FIVE DOLLARS AND FORTY-FOUR

CENTS ($49,235.44)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
