of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in

that subdivision known as, Woodbridge

Subdivision, and being designated on

the official plan of said subdivision, on

file and of record in the office of the

Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, as, Lot

Number Sixty five (65), said subdivision,

said lot having such measurements and

dimensions and being subject to such

restrictions and servitudes as shown on

the official subdivision map and/or of

record.

WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED

THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIX

DOLLARS AND 88/100 (200,406.88)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to that
