subdivision of a portion of Section 15,

T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana

and being more particularly described

as follows: Being LOT NO. 20 of Forrest

Grove Subdivision, a subdivision of

a portion of Section 15, T6S, R7E,

Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, said lot

fronting 70 feet on David Drive, by a

depth between equal and parallel lines

of 140 feet, all as per survey of Gilbert

Sullivan, RLS, dated December 11,

1977; subject to restrictions, servitudes,

rights-of-way and outstanding mineral

rights of record affecting the property;

subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-

of-way and outstanding mineral rights of

record affecting the property.

WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED

SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX

HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS AND

TWENTY-ONE CENTS ($169,636.21)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to

that of the seizing creditor, to the last
