Judicial District Court of Louisiana in
and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, in
the above entitled and numbered suit
I have seized and will proceed to sell
at public auction, for cash, to the last
and highest bidder and according to
law, sale to take place via an online

Between the hours prescribed by law,
beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the
following mentioned and described
property situated in the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in Section 4, Township 4
South, Range 7 East, Greensburg Land
District, Town of Amite, more particularly
described as beginning at a point on the
West line US Highway 51, 970’ south 0
degrees 50 minutes east and 527’ west
of the Quarter Section Corner of the
North line of Section 4, thence south 0
degrees 50 minutes east 100’; thence
west 220’; thence north 0 degrees 50
minutes west 100’; thence east 220’ to
the point of beginning; said lot being
more particularly described as being
in that subdivision of the Parish of
Tangipahoa known as Tycer Subdivision,
and being designated on the official
subdivision map, on file and of record in
the office of the Clerk and Recorder for
said Parish and State, as Lot Three (3),
Block Two (2), said subdivision.
WRIT AMOUNT: SIXTY-THREE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
EIGHTEEN AND 85/100 ($63,318.85)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to
that of the seizing creditor, to the last
and highest bidder WITH the benefit of
appraisement and according to law.
