Bickford, RLS, said parcel of ground is more fully described as follows:

Begin at a point which is South, 1820.31 feet and South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 349.52 feet of the Northwest corner of Section 11, Township 7 South, Range 9 East, for the POINT OF BEGINNING.

From the POINT OF BEGINNING, go South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 217.80 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 47 seconds West, 50 feet; thence North 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West, 217.80 feet; and thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 47 seconds East, 50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Begin at a point which is South, 1934.81 feet and South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 254.42 feet of the Northwest corner of Section 11, Township 7 South, Range 9 East, for the POINT OF BEGINNING.

From the POINT OF BEGINNING, go North 114.50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 95.10 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 217.80 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 574.48 feet; thence South 114.50 feet; and thence North 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 887.38 feet back to the POINT OF BEGINNING; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

Together with a certain mobile home being a 1994 Fuqua Sole Creek Manufactured Home bearing Serial No. DSDAL8957 AB, which is immovable under the provisions of Louisiana law.
