A certain tract or parcel of ground, situated in Section 22, T7S, R9E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Lot 52, Summerfield Subdivision, and being more fully described according to a survey by Wallace Adams, Engineering, dated June 10, 1986, beginning at a point 5324.87 feet south 89 degrees 57 minutes 21 second east 859.66 feet south 00 degrees 04 minutes 54 seconds west and 443.87 feet; north 89 degrees 45 minutes 14 seconds east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of Section 21, T7S, R9E; thence north 89 degrees 45 minutes 14 seconds 161.43 feet; thence south 00 degrees 14 minutes 46 seconds east 544.30 feet to the apparent north right of way line of Dove Street; thence along said apparent right of way line north 86 degrees 59 minutes 36 seconds west 161.68 feet; thence north 00 degrees 14 minutes 46 seconds west 535.13 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.00 acres.

WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-EIGHT CENTS ($140,875.88)
