Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain tract or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, being situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as the south half of the west half of the west half of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 5, T6S, R7E, less and except: A certain tract or parcel, containing 2 acres, lying and being situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being described as beginning at the southwest corner of the west half of the west half of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 5, T6S, R7E; thence proceed north 669.5 feet; thence east 143.77 feet; thence south 460.79 feet; thence west 43.77 feet; thence south 208.71 feet; thence west 100 feet to the point of beginning, all according to a survey map made by David L. Rogers, Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 8, 1982, a copy of which is of record in the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana at COB 542, page 682.
Subject to a servitude to William C. Howe and Brenda Burrows Howe recorded in the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana at COB 542, page 871.
WRIT AMOUNT ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND, FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND 19/100 ($132,015.19)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
