Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
TRACT 1:
A certain piece or parcel of ground located in the Town of Wadesboro, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being in Section 39, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, more filly described as commencing at the Southeast corner of Square 1 of the Town of Wadesboro, being the intersection of the west line of Mill Street with the North line of Main Street, running thence North 9 degrees West 275 feet; thence North 13 degrees East 100 feet; thence North 23 degrees East 100 feet; thence North 26 degrees East 100 feet, all along the west side of Mill Street and the Springfield Highway; thence South 44 degrees 50 minutes West along Ponchatoula River 462 feet to the North line of Square 1; thence South 77 degrees 25 minutes West 50 feet to iron post at Northwest corner of Square 1; thence south 9 degrees East 275 feet to the North line of Main Street; thence North 77 degrees 25 minutes East 275 feet to the point of beginning, all as per survey of C.M. Moore, C.E. and Surveyor, dated Oct. 12, 1956.
TRACT 2:
A certain tract or parcel of land fronting on Ponchatoula River in Section 39, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, consisting of 2.2 acres, more or less, lying East of Ponchatoula River and West of the following line: begin at a point 275 feet West of the West edge of Wadesboro Road at its intersection with Mill Street; thence North 9 degrees 00 minutes West 296 feet to the said river. Begin at the same point and go South 40 degrees 25 minutes West 133 feet to river. The same 2.2 acres, more or less, shown on Ansil Bickford map, dated May 3, 1972.
WRIT AMOUNT: FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX DOLLARS AND 15/100 ($475,486.15)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
