Garcia, et al by act of Cash Deed dated March 12, 1986 and duly
recorded at COB 625, page 859 of the official records of Tangipahoa
Parish, Louisiana.
LESS AND EXCEPT: A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND,
together with all buildings and improvements thereon, located in the
Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in Section 11, T7S, R8E, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point south 62 deg.
28 19 west 941.75 of the NE corner of Section 11, T7S, R8E; thence
south 00 deg. 05 10 east 396 ; thence south 89 deg. 54 50 west 165
along right-of-way; thence north 00 deg. 05 10 west 396 ; thence north 89
deg. 54 50 east 165 back to the POB; said tract containing 1.50 acres all
as per survey of Robert G. Barrilleaux, Robert G. Barrilleaux &
Associates, Inc., Engineer/Surveyors, dated January 28, 1998.

west 12.38 ; thence south 17 deg. 54 13 west 24.43 ; thence south 85
deg. 01 21 east 100.79 ; thence north 04 deg. 09 43 east 60 to POB.
