THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, containing 5.7274 acres, more or less, situated in Section 18, Township 6 South, Range 8 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 333.17 feet North 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West of the Section corner on the East side of Section 18, T6S, R8E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana; thence South 88 degrees 40 minutes 8 seconds West 663.67 feet; thence North 72 degrees 41 minutes 07 seconds West 144.92 feet to the apparent East right of way line of La. Hwy. 443; thence along said apparent right of way North 13 degrees 03 minutes 06 seconds East 289.51 feet; thence North 88 degrees 40 minutes 02 seconds East 735.24 feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East 326.83 feet to the point of beginning, all as per survey of Wallace L. Adams,
Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated July 17, 1989.
