Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana in Section 32, T6S, R8E, in the subdivision known as Davie Estates Subdivision, and designated on the official plan thereof, on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder of the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana at COB 971, page 432, as lot number twenty four (24), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes and restrictions as are more particularly described on said subdivision map.
WRIT AMOUNT ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR DOLLARS AND 44/100 ($137,944.44)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
