Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

2016 Cappaert (CAPP) Mobile Home, bearing serial numbers CHVM30594A and CHVM30594B

AND

A certain tract or parcel of land situated in Section 18, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, being described as follows, to-wit:

Commencing at a point which is South 208.7 feet from the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 18, Township 6 South, Range 7 East; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes East 417.4 feet; thence North 208.7 feet; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes East 966.3 feet to the western bank of the Natalbany River; thence in a southwesterly direction along the meandering of said river to a point 726 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18; thence North 517.3 feet to the Point of Beginning, as per plat of Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 23, 1978.

Together with that certain 15 foot right of way which runs along either side of center line of existing road across a 2 acre tract owned by Nazarene Baptist Church, now or formerly, granted by vendor in Act of record at COB 469 Page 422.

WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND 54/100 ($132,325.54)
