One certain lot or parcel of ground together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining being situated in Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as Sunny Acres Subdivision, and designated on the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the official records of the clerk of court for Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana, as Lot G of Block Three (3), said subdivision and said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as are shown on said subdivision map.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 06/100 ($181,326.06)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
